Enterprising Britain Awards 2008

 

The Search is on for the UK’s most Enterprising Place

 

The Social Economy Network is pleased to announce it will be hosting the Northern Ireland regional heat of the UK wide ‘Enterprising Britain Awards 2008’, sponsored by Invest Northern Ireland.

 

The Northern Ireland Competition opens on 04 March 2008.  Closing date for applications is 18 April 2008. Northern Ireland’s Regional winner will be entered into National competition on 31 May 2008 and will be visited by a high profile national judging panel in June and July 2008. 

 

‘Enterprising Britain’ is a nationwide Competition to find a place in the UK where enterprise has helped transform a community and led to improved economic prospects for everyone.  The Competition aims to identify the town, city, place or area in the country which is best improving economic prospects and encouraging enterprise activities.
